Lucy Hellen Shayo
Coached badminton for 24 years in Nairobi
- 🇰🇪 Nairobi, Nairobi, Kenya
- Since 2002
- English
For 24 years I've run the badminton program at Silverlake Football Club in Nairobi. We trained 2 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
I'm still learning every day.
