I teach social studies at Swansea Middle School in Swansea since 1995. Most days I teach primary school children, and I learn every name in the first week.
Over the years I've had 740 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Lucy
Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.

What gifts mean to Lucy: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
