Lucy E. Smith
Helping people break into teaching
- 🇬🇧 London, England, United Kingdom
- Westbrook Community Trust
- 2015 to 2023
- English
For eight years I've mentored people in teaching and public speaking. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I never once raised my voice.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Lucy
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
