Lucy Beatrice Barasa
Illustration and graphic design artist
- 🇰🇪 Thika, Kiambu, Kenya
- Old Thika Art Collective
- 1978 to 1999
- English
I work mostly in illustration, sometimes graphic design. My first show was in 1978 at Old Thika Art Collective, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog.
I answer every message, eventually. My studio is always a bit of a mess.

If you've bought a piece of mine, thank you. It's on someone's wall and that still amazes me.
