I teach social studies and English literature at Stonebridge Middle School, Johannesburg. I keep a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Lucky
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Lucky: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
