Carpentry, done properly
- 🇳🇬 Epe, Lagos, Nigeria
- Redwood Trades Guild
- 1979 to 1988
- English, Hausa
My trade is carpentry. I opened my own shop in 1979 in Epe and I'm still there most mornings.
The best compliment I ever got was a customer who called me back 23 years later for another job.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Lucky
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
Crafts and trades
What gifts mean to Lucky: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
