I teach biology at Riverside Academy in Latina since 2017. Most days I teach teenagers, and I never turn anyone away.
Over the years I've had 370 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Lucia
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the national park, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
What gifts mean to Lucia: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
