Lucia Negri
Volunteer mentor with Bergamo Learning Hub
- 🇮🇹 Bergamo, Lombardy, Italy
- Since 1989
- Italian, French
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 780 people through Bergamo Learning Hub.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I'm always reading two books at once.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Lucia
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
What gifts mean to Lucia: Any gift helps me keep running a free monthly workshop.
