Lucía J. Valdez

Professor of marine biology, Erie State University

  • 🇺🇸 Erie, Pennsylvania, United States
  • Erie State University
  • Since 1995
  • English, Spanish
My subject is marine biology, and for 31 years I get to share it with undergraduates at Erie State University. I'm happiest when a student comes to office hours with a question that makes me rethink something I've said for years. I'm always reading two books at once.

More about Lucía

I retired from full-time teaching but still mentor a few students a year.
