For 24 years I've mentored people in careers and writing. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I learn every name in the first week.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
What gifts mean to Lúcia: A gift would go toward free mentoring sessions for people who can't pay.
