Lucia Elena Caruso
Volunteer mentor with Rome Foundation
- 🇮🇹 Rome, Lazio, Italy
- Rome Foundation
- Since 1990
- Italian
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,840 people through Rome Foundation.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
What gifts mean to Lucia: A gift would go toward free mentoring sessions for people who can't pay.
