Helping people break into farming
- 🇲🇽 Zapopan, Jalisco, Mexico

- English, Spanish
For 22 years I've mentored people in farming and careers. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Lucía
If I mentored you, I hope you're still pushing yourself.
What gifts mean to Lucía: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
