For 47 years I've run the boxing program at Parkside Youth Club in São Paulo. We trained 2 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
More about Lucas
I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.
