Plumbing, done properly

My trade is plumbing. I opened my own shop in 2011 in London and I'm still there most mornings.
The best compliment I ever got was a customer who called me back 14 years later for another job.
What gifts mean to Lucas: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
