Lucas Hunt
Youth chess coach and mentor
- 🇨🇦 Québec, Quebec, Canada
- Québec Youth Club
- 1983 to 2010
- English
For 27 years I ran the chess program at Québec Youth Club in Québec. We trained 3 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. My door was open at lunch.
More about Lucas
If you played for me, you probably remember the last day before the summer holidays.
What gifts mean to Lucas: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
