I teach home economics at Good Shepherd Boys' School in Sacramento since 2010. Most days I teach Grade 8, and I learn every name in the first week.
Outside the classroom I run most mornings. Inside it, I learn every name in the first week.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Lucas
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Lucas: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
