I've coached cricket at San Jose Beacon Athletic Club since 1997. Most of my players were between 8 and 13, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I never turn anyone away.

I still think about the day the fire alarm went off during the exam. Best summer of my life. Greetings from Paarl.
