Baking for 24 years in Manchester
- 🇬🇧 Manchester, England, United Kingdom
- Little Good Shepherd Shop
- Since 2002
- English
I've worked in baking since 2002. I learned from my mother and passed what I could on to 1,180 apprentices.
The best compliment I ever got was a customer who called me back 21 years later for another job.
More about Luca
If I fixed something for you, I hope it's still holding.
What gifts mean to Luca: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
