Luca B. Gilbert
Youth badminton coach and mentor
- 🇨🇦 Brandon, Manitoba, Canada
- Brandon Athletic Club
- 2006 to 2021
- English, Spanish
For 15 years I ran the badminton program at Brandon Athletic Club in Brandon. We trained 2 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
More about Luca
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
What gifts mean to Luca: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
