Luana Giovana Rocha

Professor of philosophy, Parkside University

  • 🇧🇷 Caruaru, Pernambuco, Brazil
  • Parkside University
  • 1990 to 2003
  • English, Portuguese
I spent 13 years as a lecturer in philosophy at Parkside University in Caruaru. I loved the lecture hall and loved office hours even more. Former students now work as a waiter and in a dozen other fields. It's the best part of this job.

More about Luana

I retired from full-time teaching but still mentor a few students a year.

What gifts mean to Luana: I'd put a gift toward a student bursary.
