Lovely T. De Leon
Oud and singing teacher
- 🇵🇭 Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines
- Silverlake Quartet
- 1985 to 2023
- English, Filipino
I play oud and singing. I started in 1985 with a secondhand instrument and a lot of stubbornness.
I teach about 20 students a week. Some of them are better than me now, which is the whole point. I'm always reading two books at once.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Lovely
I wrote my first song when I was 21. It was terrible and I still love it.
