Helping people break into teaching

For nine years I've mentored people in teaching and finance. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I keep a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
More about Lourdes
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
What gifts mean to Lourdes: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.

You helped me get my first teaching job in 2021. I still have your notes. Greetings from Pittsburgh.
