Lourdes Rojas
Mentor in engineering and careers
- 🇪🇸 Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain
- Brookfield Learning Hub
- Since 1985
- Spanish
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 2,170 people through Brookfield Learning Hub.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Lourdes
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.

You helped me get my first engineering job in 1987. I still have your notes.
