Lourdes P. Mendoza
Teacher at Envigado Public School, loves special education

- English, Spanish
I taught special education at Envigado Public School in Envigado from 1991 to 2015. Most days I taught Grade 6, and my door was open at lunch.
I coached the school's cross-country squad for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.

If you were in my Grade 6 class, you probably remember the day the fire alarm went off during the exam.

You taught me special education in 2002 at Envigado Public School. I still remember the long bus ride home. Thank you again.
