My subject is economics, and for 27 years I got to share it with undergraduates at Holy Cross Polytechnic.
I'm happiest when a student comes to office hours with a question that makes me rethink something I've said for years. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
More about Lourdes
Some of my favorite days were field trips that went spectacularly wrong.
What gifts mean to Lourdes: I'd put a gift toward a student bursary.
