Lourdes C. Rojas
Master of baking, now teaching apprentices
- 🇪🇸 Madrid, Madrid, Spain
- Holy Cross Works
- Since 2003
- Spanish
My trade is baking. I opened my own shop in 2003 in Madrid and I'm still there most mornings.
I can still tell good work from rushed work from across the street. I make terrible puns.
What gifts mean to Lourdes: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
