Lourdes A. Álvarez

Volunteer mentor with Westbrook Community Trust

  • 🇺🇸 Tallahassee, Florida, United States
  • 1995 to 2005
  • English, Spanish
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 420 people through Westbrook Community Trust. I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I garden badly but happily.

More about Lourdes

Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
