Runs the animal shelter in Toulon

I've volunteered with Frangipani Relief Network since 1987. I started on a Saturday morning "just to help out" and never left.
Our crew is about 25 people now. Everyone brings something.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Louis
We run on goodwill and a very old kettle.
Causes
What gifts mean to Louis: I'd put a gift toward transport for our volunteers.
