Baking for 19 years in Eindhoven

My trade is baking. I opened my own shop in 2007 in Eindhoven and I'm still there most mornings.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I like to keep things simple and honest.
I'm still learning every day.

What gifts mean to Lotte: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
