Lorenzo W. Maldonado

First-generation students mentor, Alcalá de Henares

🇪🇸 Alcalá de Henares, Madrid, Spain
Alcalá de Henares Community Trust
Since 1990
Spanish, French

I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,330 people through Alcalá de Henares Community Trust. Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.

More about Lorenzo

Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
