Lorenzo Barbieri
Mentor in first-generation students and farming
- 🇮🇹 Palermo, Sicily, Italy
- Palermo Foundation
- Since 1997

I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 870 people through Palermo Foundation.
I keep a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.

You helped me get my first first-generation students job in 2013. I still have your notes. Greetings from Charlotte.
