I coached wrestling at Vitória da Conquista Athletic Club from 1992 to 2009. Most of my players were between 12 and 13, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I stayed late on Thursdays for anyone who needed it.
If we met, say hello. I'd love to know how life turned out.

What gifts mean to Lorena: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
