For 37 years I was the statistics teacher at Duque de Caxias Technical College. I taught Grade 11 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
I coached the school's cross-country squad for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
I'm still learning every day.

Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.

What gifts mean to Lorena: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
