Lorena J. Ibarra
Teaching mentor, Bakersfield
- 🇺🇸 Bakersfield, California, United States
- Hillcrest Youth Network
- 1983 to 2012
- English, Spanish
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 520 people through Hillcrest Youth Network.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
