Lorena Fernanda Fernandes

Social studies and history teacher, Duque de Caxias

  • 🇧🇷 Duque de Caxias, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil
  • Duque de Caxias Public School
  • Since 2015
  • Portuguese
Duque de Caxias Public School is my second home. I teach social studies there since 2015, mostly teenagers. I've coached the school's volleyball team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.

More about Lorena

The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
