I've been a nurse for 14 years, most of them in cardiology at Alcalá de Henares Community Hospital in Alcalá de Henares. Night shifts taught me patience, and patients taught me everything else.
The thing I'm proudest of is that families usually remember my name. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
