Lorena Carolina Mendes

Master of shoemaking, now teaching apprentices

  • 🇧🇷 Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais, Brazil
  • Little St. Joseph's Trades Guild
  • Since 1985
  • English, Portuguese
I'm a shoemaking specialist. If you live around Belo Horizonte, there's a good chance I've worked in a building near you. I can still tell good work from rushed work from across the street. I make terrible puns.

More about Lorena

Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
