I taught physical education and statistics at St. Mary's Academy, Hồ Chí Minh City. I never turned anyone away.
Outside the classroom I bake for the whole street at New Year. Inside it, I never turned anyone away.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Long
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the national park, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
