Long Minh Le
Leadership mentor, Hồ Chí Minh City
- 🇻🇳 Hồ Chí Minh City, Hồ Chí Minh City, Vietnam
- Central Learning Hub
- Since 2014
- English, Vietnamese
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 250 people through Central Learning Hub.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I run most mornings.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Long
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Long: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
