Helping people break into leadership
- 🇳🇬 Epe, Lagos, Nigeria
- Phoenix Learning Hub
- 2010 to 2021
- English, Igbo
For eleven years I've mentored people in leadership and finance. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I garden badly but happily.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Lola: A gift would go toward free mentoring sessions for people who can't pay.

You helped me get my first leadership job in 2011. I still have your notes. Greetings from Johannesburg.
