Lola Chioma Gbadamosi
Folk music and bass teacher
- 🇳🇬 Lagos, Lagos, Nigeria
- Lagos Pioneer Quartet
- Since 2010
- English, Igbo
I play folk music and bass. I started in 2010 with a secondhand instrument and a lot of stubbornness.
I teach about 14 students a week. Some of them are better than me now, which is the whole point. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Lola
I write my first song when I was 19. It was terrible and I still love it.
