For eleven years I've run the netball program at Rockford Boxing Gym in Rockford. We trained 3 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I bake for the whole street at New Year.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.

Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
