Logan A. Payne
Master of shoemaking, now teaching apprentices
- 🇦🇺 Hobart, Tasmania, Australia
- Little Hobart Trades Guild
- 1980 to 1993
- English
My trade is shoemaking. I opened my own shop in 1980 in Hobart and I'm still there most mornings.
The best compliment I ever got was a customer who called me back 12 years later for another job.

What gifts mean to Logan: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
