For 37 years I was the social studies teacher at Hồ Chí Minh City Primary School. I taught Grade 4 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Outside the classroom I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window. Inside it, I kept a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
