Lloyd W. Francis
Mentor in trades and law school
- 🇯🇲 Spanish Town, Saint Catherine, Jamaica
- Spanish Town Foundation
- 2010 to 2019
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 440 people through Spanish Town Foundation.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Lloyd
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
