Lloyd M. Johnston

Small business mentor, Half-Way Tree

  • 🇯🇲 Half-Way Tree, Saint Andrew, Jamaica
  • Sunrise Youth Network
  • Since 1996
  • English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 810 people through Sunrise Youth Network. Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites. Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.

More about Lloyd

Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
