I taught biology at Valley View Boys' School in Makati from 2002 to 2013. Most days I taught Year 7, and I learned every name in the first week.
Over the years I had 500 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.

What gifts mean to Liza: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
