Liza P. Magsaysay

Teacher at Pioneer Grammar School, loves English literature

  • 🇵🇭 Makati, Metro Manila, Philippines
  • Pioneer Grammar School
  • 2003 to 2014
  • English, Filipino
I taught English literature at Pioneer Grammar School in Makati from 2003 to 2014. Most days I taught Grade 8, and I learned every name in the first week. I coached the school's quiz team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.

More about Liza

The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
