Liza J. Ramirez
Volunteer mentor with Bacoor Community Trust
- 🇵🇭 Bacoor, Cavite, Philippines
- Bacoor Community Trust
- 1984 to 1996
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 240 people through Bacoor Community Trust.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I garden badly but happily.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Liza
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
