Lipi Shirin Miah
Baking for 27 years in Manchester
- 🇬🇧 Manchester, England, United Kingdom
- Lakeview Workshop
- 1990 to 2017
- English, French
I'm a baking specialist. If you live around Manchester, there's a good chance I've worked in a building near you.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I'm usually the first one in and the last to leave.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Lipi
If I fixed something for you, I hope it's still holding.
What gifts mean to Lipi: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
